Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within 48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Extreme Flight is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping to a commercial address will significantly reduce shipping charges. For Large airframes we use various contract trucking companies. Someone MUST be available to sign for the delivery and we strongly recommend that you THOROUGHLY inspect the delivery Before signing. Once signed for, we are no longer able to make a claim for shipping damages.
For Canadian Shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all Duties, Brokerage Fees or Taxes that the shipment may incur. These are not included in the shipping charges from Extreme Flight R/C. Failure to do so, the customer will be refused as a customer in the future.
For all other shipments it is very important that you inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt. In order to file a claim, Please notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your order with any issues or problems.
If you are using a Freight Forwarder, Please Note that Extreme Flight R/C cannot be responsible for any possible damage incured after being signed for at your forwarder of choice.
Do note that for first time customers we do require that the shipping and billing addresses match. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Note that you can easily contact your credit card company and/or PayPal to add a second address to your account.
