Welcome to Extreme Flight. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through ExtremeFlightRC.com and use of our website. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms and our applicable Shipping, Warranty, Return and Privacy Policies.
We have tried to keep these terms straightforward and easy to understand.
1. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. An automated order confirmation simply confirms that we received your order.
Extreme Flight reserves the right to review, hold, limit, refuse or cancel an order at any time prior to shipment, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This may include orders involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, unusual quantities, resale or distribution activity, purchase restrictions, or other circumstances that we determine warrant additional review.
An order is considered accepted by Extreme Flight when it has been approved for fulfillment and shipped.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
2. Purchase Restrictions & Commercial Purchases
Extreme Flight products are primarily offered for purchase by our customers, authorized dealers and approved commercial partners.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse purchases based on customer, account, household, quantity, billing or shipping information, intended use, resale or distribution activity, or other legitimate business considerations.
We may also refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe are being placed directly or indirectly on behalf of a competing manufacturer, brand, developer, distributor or other commercial entity, including through an employee, representative, affiliate, agent, intermediary or third party.
Extreme Flight may restrict access to newly released, limited-production, prototype, development or other products when we determine that doing so is reasonably appropriate to protect our legitimate business or intellectual property interests.
Customers may not use false, misleading, incomplete or third-party identity, account, billing or shipping information for the purpose of circumventing purchase restrictions or a previous refusal or cancellation of an order.
Commercial customers, dealers and distributors may be subject to separate written terms.
3. Product Information, Pricing & Availability
We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe our products, specifications, pricing and availability. However, errors may occasionally occur.
Prices, specifications, colors, features, availability and product designs may change without notice. Product photographs and colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography and display settings.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or cancel an affected order if product, pricing, inventory, shipping or other information is incorrect.
Unless otherwise stated, products are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until the order has been accepted and shipped.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guarantees unless specifically stated otherwise.
Once an order has been transferred to a carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
If we are unable to ship an order within an applicable promised timeframe, we will handle the delay, cancellation or refund in accordance with applicable law.

5. Returns, Warranty & Damaged Products
Returns, exchanges, warranty claims, missing items and shipping damage are handled according to the policies published on our website at the time of purchase.
Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon arrival and notify us of any shipping damage, missing components or other problems within the applicable period stated in our policies.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
6. Product Use & Safety
Extreme Flight products include sophisticated radio-controlled aircraft, components and accessories that require proper assembly, installation, operation and maintenance.
The customer is responsible for selecting appropriate equipment, following applicable instructions and safety practices, properly inspecting and maintaining the product, and operating it in a safe and lawful manner.
Radio-controlled aircraft can cause property damage, serious injury or death if improperly assembled, maintained or operated. Customers assume the risks normally associated with the assembly and operation of these products.
Always operate products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, manufacturer instructions and recognized safety practices.
7. Intellectual Property
The Extreme Flight website and its original content—including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product artwork, manuals, documentation and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Extreme Flight and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Extreme Flight names, logos, trademarks and branding may not be used in a manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement or authorization without our written permission.
Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use Extreme Flight intellectual property except for normal personal use of the website and products purchased from us.
8. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its normal operation.
