Step into a new era of 170-200cc aircraft with the Extreme Flight 120" Extra 260. Known for its legacy of producing industry leading, high-performance aircraft, Extreme Flight has long been at the forefront of the competitive 40% scale class. With proven winners like the 125” Extra 300 and Laser designs that have been formidable in the competition scene, we’re excited to raise the bar once again with the new 120" Extra 260.

We took the proven Extra 260 design and meticulously adapted it for the 170-200cc class. Over the course of 2024 and 2025, Team Pilot and Designer Santiago Perez Sequeira fine-tuned the aerodynamics to perfection. In the fall of 2024, he debuted one of the 120” test models in a preliminary configuration at the Tucson Aerobatic Shootout, securing a victory in the very first round of precision flight at the Invitational level. By July 2025, with the final production aero package and Santiago at the controls, the aircraft clinched the IMAC National Championship in the Unlimited class. Safe to say, mission accomplished.

The 120” Extra 260 comes equipped with our Freestyle stabilizers and elevators, delivering exceptional performance for 3D and freestyle flying. For pilots focused on precision competition, the dedicated Precision stabilizer set —proven at the 2025 NATS—is available separately from Extreme Flight.

• Factory-finished details – Pre-installed, pre-glued, and pre-painted control horns, pre-hinged and sealed ailerons and rudder, and a matched X2 Pilot figure all come installed for a truly ready-to-assemble experience.
• Fast field setup – Quick-latch wings, stabs, canopy featuring the newest CNC front canopy pins.  A removable rudder making transport and assembly near effortless.
• Engine and exhaust versatility – Engine bay accommodates common 170–180cc 2 cylinder or 200cc 4 cylinder engines with no cutting or motor box modifications required. Includes an integrated lightweight exhaust tunnel, pre-fabricated cowl outlet with clear marking template, and a pre-molded negative pressure lip for improved cooling and airflow.
• Optimized cooling system – Integrated ducts for 2 cylinder engines and a complete pre-fabricated baffle system for 4 cylinder engines ensure consistent performance under load.
• Premium construction – Carbon wing and stab tubes, carbon landing gear, and genuine Ultracote covering in three high-visibility schemes combine strength, lightness, and durability.
• Servo flexibility – Factory setup for two servos per wing with included hardware for an optional three-servo configuration.
